Ropeless Low Impact workout on tap, and had to go light & different on that.
I can echo the feeling of muddling through your workout today. I definitely did as well, just wasn't into it like normal.
I suppose we all have those days. I know I have them. Go see your doctor maybe he /she can help. No worries if you need to go to Spri Ropeless for awhile. Just do what your body feels it can. Be safe & take care.

I wasn't feeling like it either but got through it. I did what I could, still dealing with power hour right delt injury.
Ripped w/HiiT Upper Body Circuit- Premix #2 No Blasts= 37 Min
Equipment: DB Pairs: 8,10,12,& 20
Virtual Active - American Northeast Hike (as Bike) = 36 Min
Intensity Series: Boot Camp- Core Only (1- #8 Med ball) = 11 Min
