Good morning ladies,

I am still having intermittent internet problems (ugh)...never know if I'll be able to get on or not, as well as
problems with right hand/arm, etc......(another ugh)

I muddled thru a workout this AM,

CoffeyFit Raw- "BodySculpt Overload" - 34 min. modifying where I needed to. Also had a CrossRope
Ropeless Low Impact workout on tap, and had to go light & different on that. May have to lay down
the weighted ropeless for awhile and go back to my Spri ropeless until hopefully things feel better or
I finally break down & go see a doc.

Oh, on the subject of internet, I checked with Verizon as to what the cost of just keeping landline phone
with them and looking at internet elsewhere, and it's crazy! Just the phone service would be like $120.00.
Right now, the phone & internet package I have is $135.00. So, I'm thinking, well heck, I might as well
keep what I have! Why do things have to be so crazy & difficult? :)

Hi ladies,

Well, after much debate with myself I finally settled on a workout here at home. Just wasn't feeling it today, so I pulled out Cardio-Camp Workout by Kimberly Spreen. I did everything (high/lo cardio and kickboxing segments) but the leg sculpting so it ended up being about 59 minutes long. Gotta good sweat going and used my boxing gloves during the kickboxing segments.

This is an older workout from Creative Instructors Aerobics, Inc. There isn't even a date on the DVD.

Cable, internet and phone are insanely expensive here too.

Oh and I got over 4300 steps in this 1 workout ,wow!!

I can echo the feeling of muddling through your workout today. I definitely did as well, just wasn't into it like normal.
I suppose we all have those days. I know I have them. Go see your doctor maybe he /she can help. No worries if you need to go to Spri Ropeless for awhile. Just do what your body feels it can. Be safe & take care.

Cardio-Camp Workout by Kimberly Spreen. Good job with High/Lo cardio & kickboxing plus leg sculpting, good stuff! I remember Kimberly Speen and CIA. I have a few DVDs by both, good times:)

I wasn't feeling like it either but got through it. I did what I could, still dealing with power hour right delt injury.

Ripped w/HiiT Upper Body Circuit- Premix #2 No Blasts= 37 Min
Equipment: DB Pairs: 8,10,12,& 20

Virtual Active - American Northeast Hike (as Bike) = 36 Min
Intensity Series: Boot Camp- Core Only (1- #8 Med ball) = 11 Min
