Good morning ladies,
I am still having intermittent internet problems (ugh)...never know if I'll be able to get on or not, as well as
problems with right hand/arm, etc......(another ugh)
I muddled thru a workout this AM,
CoffeyFit Raw- "BodySculpt Overload" - 34 min. modifying where I needed to. Also had a CrossRope
Ropeless Low Impact workout on tap, and had to go light & different on that. May have to lay down
the weighted ropeless for awhile and go back to my Spri ropeless until hopefully things feel better or
I finally break down & go see a doc.
