Shock Cardio Circuit Blast- That is one I did like from Shock Cardio series. I did make modifications to it. I agree with you on the step height, I went with less risers used the #8 ball and weights Cathe used. No worries modifying workout to work for you. Still a fun workout! WTG & high fives!!
