Today I did Cathe 2023 Total Body Barbell for 50 minutes. I enjoyed it!

Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Full Body Strength & Rowing Circuit

Oooooooo, Total Body Barbell's a fun one!
 
So, the March rotation opens up with Shock Cardio Circuit Blast. This is my first time trying this one. Note to self.... stop being intimidated by certain workouts & just try them! I had a total "Blast!" I did use lighter weight (7lb.) & a 4 lb. ball since this was my first attempt at this workout. I did have 4 risers under my step, but I didn't feel safe jumping onto the platform at that height, so I just did step ups. I think I'll use heavier weight next time, lower my step height so I can jump on to it, & just have my high step out & ready to do the step ups that are towards the end. The moves are FUN, the music is awesome & time flies by!

Deanna, I'm also doing that rotation! I started Friday.
Yes, that Shock Cardio Circuit Blast is challenging. I think I started with 4 risers, then 3, then flat bench, LOL. I may have to substitute other DVDs for the weighted leg workouts until my leg is able to do it.

Today I did HC Gym Style Back, Biceps and Shoulders for 62 minutes followed by Total Body Stretching SB#1 for 13 minutes.

Leg was hurting after my workout yesterday. Last night I got in the tub with some epson salts and that seemed to help but was still pain. This morning, it felt so much better!!

Hi ladies,

Nothing was working for me today, YouTube wouldn't let me look at any videos.

So I pulled out Cathe's Rockout Knockout and did it. Some modifications made but otherwise it was fun and the modifications were less than I remembered making in the past so that was good.

It is 55 minutes long.

Shock Cardio Circuit Blast- That is one I did like from Shock Cardio series. I did make modifications to it. I agree with you on the step height, I went with less risers used the #8 ball and weights Cathe used. No worries modifying workout to work for you. Still a fun workout! Nice choice, that's a fun one. Sorry your leg was hurting you. Yes, on the Epsom salts bath. That does help and I'm glad that helped you feel better. Take it easy and have a good day;)
