Today I did a 35 minute YT KB workout. It was more cardio than strength. I did my own stretch.
Enjoy your workout, Linda. And that's a lot of blending you've done. I used to love the blender too.
I'm off to Ottawa this a.m. I won't be working out until Thursday. Not sure I'll be able to check in either.

Today I did a Fit with Ashlee Cardio Kickboxing Sweat with floorwork that was 43 minutes off YouTube.
It was very good, I had 3 pounds weights to start but then opted to put my boxing gloves on for the workout instead.
I am getting my hearing checked at 3, hubby and I agree that neither of us are hearing like we used to. My mom had hearing issue so I just want to see what a professional says.

Well, I am below baseline normal on everything. Doctor said it was probably congenital and that a hearing aid would help a lot.
Gotta check somethings out before deciding what to do. Neat about your niece being an audiologist.
