Today I did a 35 minute YT KB workout. It was more cardio than strength. I did my own stretch.
Enjoy your workout, Linda. And that's a lot of blending you've done. I used to love the blender too.
I'm off to Ottawa this a.m. I won't be working out until Thursday. Not sure I'll be able to check in either.
