Good morning everyone,

I am taking a rest day today. My body is just too sore. I am up and have had my coffee :) but my body says "please, not today". I will read instead.

The temperatures are still low here - normal for March I am sure but I can't wait for the temps to rise.

Henriette - wow you look different from the other pic. Nice smile (and hair).

Hey Siobhan ....have a lovely day of body rest. You have earned it!

I am doing pilates rehab band work now mostly for hips, legs & feet. On deck is a 30 min yoga workout youtube video I found that uses the glide discs. Looks challenging and fun!

Hi gals,

Today was 35 minutes on the stair machine then 50 minutes of weight work including abs and floorwork for legs then 15 minutes on the elliptical.

It was a good long workout with no time restraints.

Hi ladies, rest day for me. Henriette I love your hair cut and colour! Elsie, I used to attend pilates classes some years ago with a trainer who made me fall in love with this discipline.

Good workouts ladies.

The name afterburn was correct after all... I think I have DOMS in my glutes!!! Perhaps the second time doing Afterburn will not have the same effect.

I just finished Xtrain Bi's & Tri's and my arms were already heavy when I showered afterwards. Good workout! I wasn't willing to fight the buffering today, that's why I popped in a dvd that was
sure not to need my glutes and that I knew from experience was good. Well, it's a Cathe dvd, so of course it's good. ;-)
