Hi ladies,

Yesterday for me:
Gym Style back, Gym Style triceps, CTX Kickbox (cardio only) and floor work from Legs and Glutes. I split up the upper body work as I have recently increased my weights for some exercises for back and triceps and didn't want to put them back to back for fear of exausting upper body and not being able to increase my reps at the higher weight. I was able to up my reps, yeah. Also had to go into work and then finish some housecleaning.

Tonight: I have Gym Style Biceps and Cardio planned.

Hello, Ladies!!

Today is the start of Spring Break for me!! We started spring cleaning last night and I will finish up today. I actually love spring cleaning. Get all the junk out.

Today was Imax 3. Later I will go for a run.

TOday is MM, CoreMax with a break afterwards for protein infusion and cup of coffee, 1h homemade step tape, followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and StretchMax.

Today is Step Blast and a segment of Core Max.

Hello ladies,

Saturday was my rest day. Last night I did the bonus premix from the Pyramids...Tonight is some kind of cardio.

I can't believe it's Monday already! This stinks. The weekends go by so fast. x( ;( :(

Hello everyone! Finally feeling better :) Ran my first 5K on Saturday morning....still had an ear infection and was super dragging but I made it - it was fun! Cannot wait for the 10K now!

Today is supposed to be a 4.5 mile jog and PUB abs, but weather is deteriorating rapidly, so going with an all cardio (Imax 2 or the Imax Extreme!) }( }( }( }(

Yesterday was 3 1/2 mile run and ab hits both S&Hs
Today was CTX upper and Leaner Legs in the am, and during my son's pm nap I did Power Max. I'm feelin' good!
 
Wow....so nice to have some more runners checking in!!!

I did the Bootcamp premix off Kickmax....OMG!!! Quite a butt kicker....:)...then ME abs and CTX shoulders. I'll do CTX Bi's and Tri's this afternoon.

I did MIS Chest and Biceps then did Kickbox Underground for cardio. I just received my shipment of facial products so I am off to play with my new things. Tomorrow my weighted kickboxing gloves should arrive so that will be a fun day too.:7

Good evening ladies!!

Better late than never!!

This weekend sucked as my shoulder hurt like heck, and I was unable to workout at all this weekend!!

I spent 1/2 the day today debating to work out or not, I finally got myself convinced to give it a try.

Today was:
Circuit Max, with lots of right arm modification and no shoulder work at all.
35 minutes of HIIT on my elliptical, legs only.
Abs hits: 3 different workouts
CTX: Upperbody split: Biceps workout only, I was very careful to isolate my biceps so as not to get into my shoulder

My shoulder never hurt the entire time I was working out, so I guess that is a good thing..I just hope it is not worse tomorrow...It will be a while before I can get back to heavy weights..Which sucks!! Esp since I got my P90X and was hoping to start that rotation today..Oh well.
