Yesterday for me:
Low Max, Gym Style Biceps and Stretch Max.

Tonight will be cardio and a strength. Haven't picked them out yet though.

I concentrated on weight training all weekend, so today, I need some fun! Rhythmic Step and some extra abs should fit the bill.

Today was Muscle Max.

I can definitely tell spring is in the air, literally. My head is feels like it is going to explode. This is my favorite time of year, but my sinuses hate it!;(

Didn't check in this weekend so Saturday was Kickmax. Love that w/o. Sunday was a day off.

Good Morning!:)

Tonight is 45-60 mins straight cardio. Not sure what exactly this will entail yet...will likely be a last minute decision!

Last night at FIL's house we had HOME MADE ravioli for dinner! YUM!:9
I love love love italian food so marrying a pure-breed italian was the best thing I could have done! lol }(

When I got home last night it was hard to push myself to work out after that hefty meal but I did it and, ofcourse, I felt much better afterwards! :+ I did the bonus premix from pub/plb. Really liked it. Great work out. The bicep and chest work were FRIERS! }(

Good morning ladies.....good workouts!

Needless to say, no leg work for me today. They are still sore!! But I am planning on GS Shoulders, biceps, triceps and one of the Coremax segments....have a great day....:)...Carole
 
I also threw in a run for the day. Unfortunately, some dog owners do not have their dogs tied up properly and one got loose and chased me and my little baby (toy fox terrier) down the road. A friendly dog, so I was grateful, but my dog wasn't feeling very friendly.
Anyhow, finished up with about a mile 1/2 while while I put my dog back inside and ran with the big dog...not really a choice.

It is almost spring-like here and is supposed to get all the way into the 40s. LOL Well, at least it LOOKS nice out the window!

Yesterday was KickMax for me although I didn't have time to do the leg-conditioning drills. I think Cathe's form in this workout is really awesome.

Today I am doing PLB. I wanted to do GS Legs but I still haven't gotten my bands from FWOnline - I ordered them early last week so I am annoyed about that. Anyone have experience with them? How long does it usually take for the shipping?

WendyMin, I wanted to tell you that I am one of those weird women who LOVED being pregnant. I was rarely ever sick and just thought the whole experience was so awesome. I think it is really cool that you are working out so hard all the way through - I can't imagine how much motivation you must have!

Carole, how did your run go? Did you do the whole 50K?

Morning all. This morning was SB. Love that workout, but by the time I get to the challenge I never think I can get through it. So I pushed myself and I'm glad I did.

Hey Marie,

Ya know my sister likes being pregnant..with 6 kids I guess she better like it! lol

I like it too..for the most part..there are little things that get to me but overall I am loving the experience! It really is incredible so far...:+

I don't know where my motivation is coming from to exercise so religiously through this pregnancy! I am just thankful that it is there! I guess it's just that I don't want to undo, in 9 months, all of my hard work over the past few years....Staying slim hasn't been easy for me since high school. If I let myself go during this pregnancy, I would definately pay the price! ;(

I loved reading about your race! That was an amazing run!! Take care of those bionic legs; they served you well!

So, what next? A run up to Mt. Everest Base Camp? ;-)

hello.....today is a four mile jog and my selection of abs and thirty minutes of yoga :D The weather is not very good, but going anyways or I will never reach my goal of running first half marathon - - - that doesn't even come close to what Carole is doing, but that is my goal for now :)

Good afternoon ladies!!

I am such a bad girl!! I did not get off work last night unitl 8:30 PM, and I got home and laid down on the couch for a few minutes and I fell asleep, before I could even take my shoes off..LOL So needless to say I never worked out last night..Shame on me..So I did my planned workout yesterday..today.

today was:
MIC: 70 minutes
Core max: tough abs, plus I did 3 sets of 10 straight leg abs on the power tower and I almost did several chin ups, I tried to do several pull ups..I am making progress! I did 3 sets of 8 dips as well.
CTX: upper body split: the whole thing except the biceps...I had total muscle failure on the triceps...Good heavens..

My behind is kicked!! LOL

Carole: Great job on your race!! You go girl!!

Denise, you have the ability to make me feel like a lazy slob couch potato:) But, WOW, good for you! I think you made up for yesterday.
 
Hi all, this week I am trying something different. I think I will do each body part 2 times this week. Soo that said I did PS Chest and Biceps today with abs also. For cardio I tried to do the step portion off of Body Max but 10 min. in my toe was hurting and my arch was hurting on the other foot I think from compensating for my toe hurting so I quit step and put in the 8 min. taebo and did that. :) :( At least I did something cardio. Thankfully I go to the foot doctor on Wed. to have this looked at, of course now that it has been over a month since I have seen my regular doctor it isn't nearly as bad as it was:( :+ . But I will keep the appointment anyway!!:D :7

Denise- yeah, you make me feel lazy too. At the same time, you motivate me as well as others so that is why I ran some today.

Hi Ladies,

This weekend I ran 7 miles on Saturday and 8 on a hilly course on Sunday and I felt great. Today I did ME and will be going to Spinning and Yoga tonight.

Carole, Congratulations on your 50k. Some day I will try one of these.
