Hi busy beautiful ladies! Just finished one of Marcus Martinez total body KB short workouts. I managed six reps of 35 lbs db one arm rows! a record weight for me.
No workouts this past weekend, just too much going on. But started eating following the Belly Fat Cure fast track food plan. No carbs in any of the 14 day meals. Only protein, veggies and good fats.
Conni, I may try that peak 10 this week. Thanks for the reminder.
