Hello Fitness Ladies,

Yesterday: Triceps (Gym Style) and 30 minutes HIIT.
Still doing all strength training using progressive overload.
Did CleanMax, ErrandMax and PackMax. Can't wait till the move is finished.

Tonight: Steady state cardio and perhaps chest work.

Well, I can't exercise early this morning because I have to take Joey to an 8:45 am doctor appointment for a check up but at some point today I plan to do Low Max, ctx shoulder work and some ab work.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today I will be attempting Interval Blast + Legs from HC Xtreme and some ab work. I find the three HC Xtreme workouts pretty tough. Maybe they are still too new to me.

Cathy: Great workout and I feel your moving angst - I hate moving, but in the end it is worth it.

Wendy: Great to be back working out eh? You are doing a great job!

Cathy - the move will be over before you know it! I'm amazed you're still fitting in such great workouts.

Wendy - sounds like a tough workout you have planned. Good luck on Joey's doctor's appointment. Give us details when you get back!

Tammy - have fun with your workout. I don't have HC Xtreme, but the Terminator workouts are kicking my butt and I'm lovin' it!

Last night I did the Body Max upper body conditioning and abs. I haven't done this one in a while and managed to up my weights on everything, but as a result, I had to do the push-ups on my knees after using a 25 lb barbell for the bench press. No DOMS so far though.

Tonight is Imax 3 and some core work.

A new week is beginning, and it will be a busy one here! We will be hosting our son's graduation party and a bridal shower this weekend.

Last week on Friday for my circuit choice, I did HCX #1 and I give it a "thumbs up" I did have to add abs to it afterwards.

Line up:
Monday- CTX UB and abs
Tuesday-short intense cardio & legs
Wednesday-short intense cardio & abs
Thursday-circuit day
Friday-Low Max & abs
Sat- Yoga

Cathy- gosh, Good luck on your new destination home!
Wendy- does Joey have to get any vaccinations today?
tammy- I agree about the HCX workouts, but keep at them. The challenge can only do great things for us right?

Cathy, I used to like moving, but I hate to think of all the stuff I would have to pack now.

Wendy, Joey must be a good little boy that you can work out :) Guess he knows, if mum's happy, he'll be happy.

Tammy, I haven't done any of the HC Xtremes yet. Are they any good?

Well it was 25C at 7AM this morning. So I skipped the cardio and only did ME. After that I started doing kitchen-max (cleaning, sorting, defrosting, tidying up, etc). It's a lot of work and too hot to work hard, so I'm only half done yet, and it's been 1PM :eek:

Yesterday was 40 minutes of CoreMax, two premixes, Tough Core and Balanced Core and a session three of StretchMax with the band.

Today is CleanMax so not going to do a formal w/o. May get in some traditional abs.

Tammy - I have done HCX #1 and #2 and like them both. #1 is very challenging but I always feel good afterwards.

Judy- Yeah, the poor guy has to get his second hepatitus shot today. x(

Shelley- I'm not sure how tough the work out will be yet as I have not decided what version of Low Max I shall do! ;)

Dutchie- If I can exercise in the morning between 6am and 10am it's the best because I can usually count on Joey sleeping during that time. When I have to exercise later in the day (like today), I take my chances on getting interrupted a million times. :)

My FIL is coming home from Iraq on Friday, so I need to get cleaning and grocery shopping.

I did KPC this AM. I don't have a stability ball so I did abs from Power Hour. I'm psyched because I can finally do planks w/out taking a break!:7

This morning I did IMAX2 (love, love, LOVE IT!) and the tough premix from coremax.
Now I have to face the dentist where I have to have my tooth prepared for a crown. ugh. First one for me , so I am a little nervous.

Morning Everyone,

Today will be L&G and a run. No w/o yesterday, because of faire rehersals, stopping at my sisters for nieces first B'Day, and stopping at my MIL's for Father's/B'day. Too much cake!!!!!

Becky, I have had two crowns put in my mouth, and all I can say is that the worst thing that you go through is having the molding material in your mouth.x(

Wow I thought I was checking in kinda early! Seems we've all hit the floor running today, it must be Monday!:)

It's the Laurie's doing L&G today. I just finished and added SJP abs. I'll teach BodyPump to the lunch ladies later. My ankle won't take any torque so during impact exercises I did slow lunges a la GS Legs. I've got a nice buzz going in the legs.

Cathy good luck with the moving process. I've been in our new place for a month now and am amazed at how many boxes are still in the garage. Part of me thinks that if I can live without it this long...do I really need it? It's mostly decorative stuff, books and the like.

Enjoy your Monday everyone. I'm off to do battle with drywall dust yet again..x(

This morning I did P90X Chest, Shoulders and triceps, and GS standing legs, and the Ab ripper X.

Now is Work Max.

This morning I did SS. I got my barbell on Friday and was able to use it for my Saturday workout and today's workout. What a difference it makes to have a barbell! I LOVE it!

Hi good morning, today is a TAEBO day. Yesterday I did TAEBO fat blasting total body. Today I will do one TAEBO get ripped. I think I will receive my P90X order tomorrow.I hope so. Have a wonderful day.

Despite choas in my house, I did PS and PUB Biceps and Triceps and abs off of ALL Step. I have drywall going up at one end and demolision and new windows going in on the other. It will be a very busy day!!:eek: :)

Wendy...has Joey grown much? You have been doing some great workouts!!

Tammy...I like the Hardcore Ex workouts. I have done all but one, the last one I think.

Wow Judy....a very busy week. Graduations parties are fun though..and a Bridal shower....hope you have a great time.

Shelly...I haven't done Bodymax in awhile but I really like the ab section..

Dutchie...ME is a good workout, especially those bicep curls!! I definitely need to do lots of cleanmax today.

Morning fit ladies! I started my new rotation today, so I did IMAX 3 this morning (I actually only had to pause it for extra recovery time twice! That's pretty good for me considering for a long time I couldn't even get past interval 5:7 ). Then I will be doing PUB chest and triceps tonight.

Wendy - I know what you mean about getting the early morning workout in. I was the same way, and still am with my DD. It's such a great feeling when you can get through an entire workout while they sleep.
