Daily Check In: Monday, June 20, 2005

hey gals! i am sore from GS t/c yesterday! i also managed to pull my inner thigh muscle so i am about to go do some Stretchmax! i need to do cardio and biceps today.

this is way OT but some crazy ass chicken just attacked my window while i was typing! we don't even have chickens! freaked me out!

Good morning all:

It is hot here, but nothing the AC can't fix. I like the extra sweating!

Yesterday I did the blasts from KPC and the drills from KPC and Cardio Kicks. Major DOMS today from those (who knew). I also did upper body and abs from Body Max. Had to break that workout into two sessions as we went to the inlaws for Father's Day. Nothing like lifting weights at 9 pm!

Today was all the cardio (no weights) of CTX Power Circuit and Stretch Max #1.

Hey everyone! Another post-on-the-fly by me. I hope to catch up with you all soon. I did my workout mid-morning today, hence the late post. I did Christie Taylor's Step Heaven. It was the first time I did the entire 90 minute workout. It's a fun and frustrating workout! The first segment is not too bad, but she throws the choreography at you in the second segment super fast. I did pretty decent, but have lots of room to grow with that workout! The intervals/weight segment at the end was pretty easy, when you're used to Cathe!!!

Anyhoo, I've got to have a fast shower then meet my DD and my mom at the mall for lunch.

Hi everyone, So far today I have done bodymax. I really like that workout! later will be some ab work and some more upper body weight workout. idn't get enough from bopdy max:) Hope everyone is well and has a good day.

I had previously only done the 2nd HCXtreme workout (Hi/Lo intervals. I found it hard, but do-able.

I haven't tried the 1st one (interval circuits) and I wish I had chosen it this morning. I opted for the 3rd one (Interval Blasts & legs) and it kicked my butt. I never have to pause during a workout, but about 40 minutes into the workout I ran out of gas. It was grueling..

I'm going to do the first one Thursday...I hope I have better luck with this one!

Hi again.

Got my work out in early this afternoon. Chose the first premix of Low Max (intervals 1-4). Had never done the blasts before...brings a nice challenge into the work out. I really liked it. Did ctx shoulders and the abs from ctx kickbox...and I was only interrupted a few times as opposed to a million. ;)

Oh and BTW, my Joey is gaining weight like a champ! He's 5 weeks old and weighs 9 pounds 8 ounces. He was born at 7 pounds 12 ounces! My boy has an appetite just like his mommy! He makes me proud! :+ lol

Looks like I'm last tonight. I did Imax 3 and the core only premix from Bootcamp.

My legs are fried. I'm going to hobble up to the shower now:p
