Daily Check In: Monday, June 13, 2005

Hey everyone!!

I hope everyone is doing well!!!

This am was:
40 minutes of HIIT and 30 minutes of steady state cardio on my Elliptical.

this afternoon :12ish
AB Ripper X

a little later 2ish:
P90X: Chest, shoulder and triceps

:)

Cathy, thanks for the explanation on your method. It looks intriguing, I will have to think about trying it.

I did PUB Triceps and PS Triceps ( and I was able to go higher in my weight on triceps) then I did PUB biceps, and 2 of the 4 bicep exercises in the PS biceps section, also did abs and lower back off of PSBB&A!:D

Funny thing is I have a weight that I don't want to go over and that is basically the only goal I have set for myself in the weight department. Well since I have released myself from actively trying to lose weight, I am having no trouble staying below that number and before I was struggling to do so, so just maybe releasing myself from the stress of losing, I may actually lose,LOL!!:D Nothing like using reverse pychology on yourself.

Anyway another hot day today! Trying the method of workouts that I did last week again this week since I lost a pound doing it so we will see if it is the heat or my workout schedule.:7

Have a great day!!:D

Good afternoon fellow lovers of fitness! :)

Yesterday I stuck with my plan and did L&G then Step Heat segment 1, the funky cool down and a good stretch. It invigorated me!

Today will be Reebok: Intense Moves and ABs from Basic Step.

Cathy- We're have extreme temps and humidity here in the Memphis area, too. Ugh! I'm avoiding going outside. :p Thank you for explaining the progressive overload method. I admire you for committing to this kind of work, you rock!

Dutchie- Cool workout today!

Tammy- Stay cool today. Good luck with your KM/BC premix!

Wendy- Yay for your 2nd AM workout! Have fun "showing off" Joey to your EX co-workers. ;)

Charolette- I always enjoy reading about the music you workout to. Do you just mute the DVD?

Conni- Great weekend workouts!

Becky- Glad you enjoyed your camp-out, even with a little rain. Awesome "come back" workout! Yeow!

Laurie Mac- You're so sweet to go to that recital. No one could say no to that kind of invitation. ;)

Shelley- Wow, you were outside skating in that kind of weather? You're brave- and tough! I'm a wimp, when it gets this hot and humid I hide out inside. :7

Carole- Awesome workout!

Logos- A friend of mine just got P90X and she told me how tough it is. Whoa, momma! }(

Stayfit- Hope your workout was a blast! :p :7 ;)

Emily- It's wonderful when you notice a workout getting easier, that's definately motivating! :)

Sandra- "she" was wiggling around!?! It's a girl!! Yay! Congrats! How wonderful it must be to feel your baby. :D

Katie- Waiting for service workers is always a bit frustrating. Hope you find an awesome 30 minute w/o for later today. :)

Terri- Happy Belated Birthday! Enjoy those workouts today! }( ;)

Jes- Great workouts! Hope you enjoyed that rest day!

Foodie Sue- I just got the Classic Vol 1, and did Step Heat a couple times over the past few days. It's a great workout for me right now, and I get such a kick out of the dated hair-dos and leotards. I crack up every time Cathe says, "Feels hot". LOL

Denise- That's quite a line up you've got for today. Rock on!! I wish there was a thumbs up icon... ;)

Happy Monday to all,
Connie

Hi again, Sandra I am doing a Cathe's rotation and today is step blast in the rotation. Tomorrow I will do IMAX 2,one of my favorites. I prefer Kickbox than step because I am a little two left feet but I had a great time doing the workout. Connie I had a blast. Finally I did SB, the 4 hi/low segments of SJP (I love the last hi/low segment with the cuba cuba song)and 40 minutes in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

Mariángeles a spanish terminator and TAEBO junkie. :) :) :)

Hi guys. I did Cardio & weights today. LowMax yesterday. I love that workout. I want to walk tonight but it is still soooo humid. It's supposed to break on Thursday I think so I'll be able to do a workout and then go for a walk in the evening I hope so anyhow. Take care everyone.
