Hi Everyone,

Today I did kundilini yoga. My body felt tired and sore from my workouts these last 3 days so I opted for this instead. Thanks for the suggestion Lannette! I enjoyed it.

Hi Everyone!
KY & the MIC warm-up, Step section, blast & cool-down. I dropped my step to 6” and jumped a good amount, did the blast on 4” and jumped more than I expected to. It ends up being a nice little 45 minute step wo.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Silver and Fit 2 routine to 5 ladies for 55 minutes. Nice to see more members coming out.

Then I did 38 minutes of weight work focusing on triceps this week. All dumbbell work, one leg machine and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Another hot one today.

Hi all,

Today was Jenny Ford Hi/Lo and Abs on the Ball. So exhausted yesterday. I pretty much slept most of the day. I'm not sure what caused that, but boy, I was really tired. I feel much better today.
