Today's workouts:

Blender- " Weight Plates" -25 min.
VideoHiker- "St. Moritz, Switzerland" elliptical hike - 15 min.

Today I did a mix of a Cathe 2.0 warm-up and a DanielPT legs/abs workout (50 minutes). I'll do my own stretch now.

Hi ladies,

Today I did not feel the gym but wanted weights so I searched YouTube and found '5 Dumbbell Exercises Nobody Tries That Burn More Fat Than Cardio' . Honestly, this was tough. Basically he describes the exercise and then explains it gives you a number of sets and reps and rest time. After seeing all 5 he then gives you a sample workout you can do which should take between 30 and 35 min.

So I watched and did or attempted to do the workout, took me 38 minutes and he wasn't kidding it was hard and I used 8 pounds and 3 pound dumbbells.

The last exercise is called the "Dumbbell Manmaker", ladies I am still very much a woman, oh my!!

This was all based on what he called metabolic disruption . All were compound moves using pretty much your whole body. I am sure to feel this one later .

Workout was put out by Physique Hub.

Add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with isometric holds and a stretch. Now I am done.

What an interesting workout today Annette! And it turned out to be a long one with your
addition of floorwork. Of course, I had to check that out! I have seen that “Manmaker
before…. I believe when I had IFit, they threw it in during a rowing circuit workout. Of
course, I modified it :).. pretty tough! Good for you.

The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- Core Toner = 10 Min - Uses Hand Weights 3 or 5 pounds
