Today I did not feel the gym but wanted weights so I searched YouTube and found '5 Dumbbell Exercises Nobody Tries That Burn More Fat Than Cardio' . Honestly, this was tough. Basically he describes the exercise and then explains it gives you a number of sets and reps and rest time. After seeing all 5 he then gives you a sample workout you can do which should take between 30 and 35 min.
So I watched and did or attempted to do the workout, took me 38 minutes and he wasn't kidding it was hard and I used 8 pounds and 3 pound dumbbells.
The last exercise is called the "Dumbbell Manmaker", ladies I am still very much a woman, oh my!!
This was all based on what he called metabolic disruption . All were compound moves using pretty much your whole body. I am sure to feel this one later .

Add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with isometric holds and a stretch. Now I am done.
