Happy crazy Monday! Geesh, this is a nutty morning here at work, my head is already spinning.

Today was step day - I did Rob's Step Gone Wild and corework with light weights.

Watched "Moneyball" yesterday, another really good flick!!
 
Happy Monday!! Today I hope to do Cathe's Supersets total body workout. This is the last week of the rotation and I'm totally falling off the wagon with the workouts here at the end. Trying to watch the eating but blow it on the weekends....Got to try better next time.

Hi all,

I did 52 min. of a hodge podge of weight work, including a 15 warm up with biceps and triceps and calves and abs off Fitness TV, ,then I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises for chest and shoulders and MIS abs and stretch.:D

hi everyone,

i had a really bad sleep last night. needless to say: no workout. I am too tired. I will certainly try again tomorrow.
