Happy Monday!! Today I hope to do Cathe's Supersets total body workout. This is the last week of the rotation and I'm totally falling off the wagon with the workouts here at the end. Trying to watch the eating but blow it on the weekends....Got to try better next time.
I did 52 min. of a hodge podge of weight work, including a 15 warm up with biceps and triceps and calves and abs off Fitness TV, ,then I did Slow and Heavy 2 exercises for chest and shoulders and MIS abs and stretch.
