Blender add-on: "Lower Body Finisher" - 10 min.
IFit- "Dublin, Ireland Speed Play Treadmill workout" - 17 min.

Linda - I saw your post before I worked out so I did the same workout - RWH for chest/shoulders/triceps for 41 minutes. You inspired me :) . Thanks! I added on 10 minutes of BB pilates.

Waves to everyone. I hope y'all get in a good workout and have a wonderful day.
 
Nice workout Siobhan! Looks like you did the whole RWH Chest/shoulders & biceps and
if that wasn't enough, added 10 min. of BB Pilates.
 
Hi ladies,

Today I found a Yahoo + Taebo throwback to the 90's on YouTube which was 25 minutes long. I used 3 pound dumbbells when possible during the workout, it was slightly lopsided and very little kicking( like 1 kick exercise) so after I did a Taebo Express (12 minutes) the Kicks one to round out my workout.

Nice twin workouts for you both Siobhan and Linda.
