hey ladies. yesterday i made it to the gym for a little 20 min cardio on the bike and then finished up my "lawn project"

Today i have a million errands to run, but i am goin gto hit the gym for legs, abs and cardio later today and them do upperbody tonight with my beloved Cathe.

Sandra, other than the pizza and one beer I ate great all weekend. So, I feel pretty good in all. Next weekend my parents want to take the baby overnight, so I have to admit that I am REALLY considering a nice dinner out with DH and throwing the clean eating out the window for just one night. We'll see how I feel as it gets closer. I did tell myself that I would allow 2 "treat" days this month. I don't really consider my dinner last night to be one of them, so we'll see.

How are you feeling Sandra??? You're getting so close now. Are you sleeping alright?

This weekend we got the last window in!!!! YEA!!! for us!!!:7

I did my own premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch this morning. I did the warm up, intermediate drills and then all 3 combos and cooldown.:) Nice workout.:D
 
Well...I am late checking in today!!! I seem to be enjoying circuits lately. I did BodyMax Power Circuits with the first 4 leg exercises of Push Pull after each power circuit cardio. That was fun and then I did Lowmax intervals 2 and 4 with PUB Chest (up only) following interval 2 and PUB Back (up only) following interval 4. Ended with SJP abs...a really nice workout...

i made it to the gym finally. bike, legs, bis, tris, chest, calves and chest. then i did a core max segment here at home.

i gotta leave early to pick up my dress:7
