Hi Ladies,

Time to get another week rolling!

Today was Seasuns Z- Fit Step, her newest. Even though I didn't get the choreography on the first go around I was still sweating profusely. Another winner from Seasun!

Siobhan - I would love to try STS 1, that is the only part of the series I was interested in, as I prefer more reps, lower weight workouts.
I would also love to borrow Kari's Center Floor. I have her new Sweat Express 2, maybe we could do a temp trade for Kari.

The Kelly dvds I have:

Cardio Kick ( Her second step boxing workout)
Cardio Sculpt ( Her second circuit workout )
Shape of Things to Come ( circuit workout concentrated on weights ).

I liked her 30 minutes to Fitness KB, but it got boring, so I traded it.
Have you tried SP90? TF?
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did STS disc I don't know meso cycle 2 - chest, shoulders and triceps. Lovin' hypertrophy.

Tonight i will do a short pilates.

And Carmen, Tammy and Conni - I will email you all to see how I can best share or temp trade (and give my private email so we can connect that way). Thanks for the offer to do temp trades conni - you look like you have some good stuff I'd like to try.

Hi all,

I did the Total Body Fat Blasting Workout (taebo) using my weighted gloves and 3 lb dumbbells during the workout. And I did the whole thing so I burned a lot of calories.

I think the prednisone is working on my rash it looks better but is not gone entirely so I will stay on the med. till it is.

Tomorrow no workout I will be going to Shriners with my son for his check up, he is 2.5 years out from his back surgery but we might need another surgery to correct some screws that have popped in his back. Pray it all goes smoothly, thanks.
 
Rest day for me today :( couldn't get it in gear this morning.

Annette ~ hope all goes well with the check-up...will keep you all in my prayers...have a safe journey!
 
Tammy im totally with u today. I just couldn't get into it mentally today. My body was willing but my head was achy. I did about 5 min of jump rope and three reps of bicep curls. Gave it everything I had and got a pretty sweaty. No workout for me for the next two days. I have something planned after work and won't have time to get a workout in. Im curled up on the couch now waiting for the Closer to start. :)
