Did we get our taxes in? ;)

Shorter workout today was Compound Leg (To The Max) only, Xtrain Core #2 & tried out Classical Stretch Hips & Improve Balance which my body liked this morning. Took it out from the university library.
Off to make some breakfast now!

My DH is an accountant so yes! All done.

Great workout. I am doing shorter workouts these days too.

Today I did Rippedism Upper Deck + a 4 minute tabata with craig ballantyne.

Hi gals,

Today was KCM TLC Boxing workout 1 which was pretty much the same as the Boxing Combos premix . And to the gym for 40 minutes of weight work including floorwork for legs and abs.

In exciting news, I got asked if I would like to take a short training to teach the Silver Sneakers
classes. And possibly becoming a personal trainer. I am excited at the possibility of it all.:-D

Hi Annette, excellent news. Such a satisfaction and reward for your hard work! Today was a premix from 4DS: chest, shoulders and triceps, then as I was at home today and had more time I also tried the Higher Intensity Step combos and really loved them! This week my weights training will be all from the 4Ds series.

Great w/o's and congrats Annette. Silver sneakers??? Are these the people over a certain age, so more likely silver hair or does it mean something else?

Back in uni I really wanted to teach, but I never had the money nor time to get certified. I still think, one day I will... One day.

Unfortunately I had to miss my w/o today. I had forgotten that I had a meeting with the other bball trainers tonight about next season. Such a bummer... All day at the office gearing up for a great w/o tonight only to be reminded about the meeting after the bball training. Now I am home and it's nearly 10 so definitely too late.

Yes, Henriette I think they are over 65 but I don't exactly know. All I know is I am too young for it but I can teach them. The local Curves which is a ladies circuit workout type closed so our gym is getting overrun by elderly ladies. Our one personal trainer has his hands full .
