Good Morning Glories! I can't believe it is Monday already :confused: I didn't sleep well last night, and I have to be to work @ 7 am, so I do believe I am going to skip the morning workout.

I may do a workout when I get home from work. Have a nice day!

I do feel more like myself today. :) I think I may do SB. My cardio endurance is way off kilter so I'm not sure how far I'll get.

I think I may revisit one of the "Get Ready for Summer rotations" I'll hve to check them out.

Becky, good luck this week. I though it was the hardest week, but maybe because I was getting sick?

I've had to rework my workout calendar due to missing a cardio this weekend.... busy busy non-stop weekend!

Today is SJP premix #5 and Ab Circuits - pilate abs.

Tammy - sounds like you are pretty non-stop yourself with work.

Becky - I emailed you.

Phyllis - I hope you are feeling better. Your energy should rebound nicely, give yourself some time.

Better get busy. Here lately workdays are my rest days as I feel like I run to death when I'm off!

Phyllis - May I recommend Fitnessfreaks' Get Ready for Summer from June 08? I have done this one a few times and just love it.

Today is a circuit workout but I haven't pinned it down yet. I am off this week so I am not in a huge hurry. Maybe Step Power and Pump...I am not sure.

Connie, was it cold there this morning ? We were 36 degrees ! This is mid-May ! Come ON !!!!!!!

STS back & chest is done ! I see what you mean Phyllis. It was tough.
I made a mistake loading my bb and put on 5 # too much for the first chest press. I did the 8 reps but kept thinking PHYLLIS was RIGHT ! I don't think I can get through this !!!!!
LOL turned out I was too heavy ......but going back to my "right" weight I still struggled with this one !
Very heavy weight work !
I want to make the best of it since it's the last week, so I added weight (on purpose-lol) on ones that seemed a little light.

Time to get started on cleanmax, laundrymax and mowmax ! Lot's to get done today !

Hi everybody,

I went to the gym and did 45 min. of intervals on the treadmill then did about 15 min. of legwork for my workout. Tomorrow I go and have my orientation at the gym and have the personal trainer show me all the machines that is at 1pm.


Work was rough this weekend and we are terribly understaffed for the aquity of girls that we have. I have 10 girls on my unit and that is waaay too many for 1 person to effectively manage.

I was SO wound up after work that I came home and just had to work off some stress. I did AOS Providence...my legs are feeling it already :confused:
 
Marathon workout today...

I did SJP premix #5 step and hi/lo and the Ab Circuits pilates abs as planned.

After I got supper over with, I decided to tackle STS Disc #16, shoulders, chest and triceps.... it was originally the workout for today anyway, but wanted to make up that cardio workout I missed over the weekend.

So my workouts are caught up but my house is still not! :confused:
