Hi!

Looks like my check-ins will be late most days. I've decided sleep is more of a priority right now, so I'm done with the 5:30am alarm clock, and will be doing my workouts probably around 10am or so.

This morning I did Christie Taylor's Still Steppin'. I think that's my favourite step workout of hers.

Dutchie - I'm wishing you all the best on your first day at the new job!

Jane - I hope you enjoy CW. It's one of my favourites.

Shelley - super job on those levitation holds!!

Katie - amazing job with MIC! The first time I did that workout I had to quit somewhere after the side-to-side lunges. The blast at the very end has become one of my favourites of any workout. I look forward to getting to the end of that workout just for the blast. I miss interval workouts (I can say that now; it might be a different story in a few months when I start doing them again!).

Dutchie, I pray that your first day on the new job went well.

Well a very late workout for me anyway. I did PS's Triceps and the sitting portion of the bicep work, then did for cardio the warm up and power drills off of Cardio Kicks. Nice shorter workout, all in all about 36 min. for cardio and 15 min. of weights counting the warm up I did.:)

Hello ladies,

Just finished doing S&H biceps and the abs. Had abhits on the agenda but decided to go ahead and do the bicep abs instead. My biceps are burning!!

Just finished C&W. Have done portions of it on the Terminator DVD but never the whole w/o. It was fun. It was definitely of a lower intensity than most of the Cathe circuits I own.

Carole, I like those abs too. I've done them as stand alone and I believe they are on the one of the terminator w/o's.

Today was my THIRD day of no work-out. I took an unplanned hiatus from exercise...It started out as just being busy and ended up being purposeful out of self-disgust. x( I asked for help though and have received some input on what to do to help get me the results I want so tomorrow I will start fresh with a cardio work out, a new eating plan and a fresh outlook! :)

Good Luck Wendy! Don't be so hard on yourself though...having a new baby, especially the first, is very stressful. My third son is the most well adjusted of the three. Guess it took me a while to figure it all out.

We are all here for you!
