Looks like my check-ins will be late most days. I've decided sleep is more of a priority right now, so I'm done with the 5:30am alarm clock, and will be doing my workouts probably around 10am or so.
This morning I did Christie Taylor's Still Steppin'. I think that's my favourite step workout of hers.
Dutchie - I'm wishing you all the best on your first day at the new job!

Shelley - super job on those levitation holds!!
Katie - amazing job with MIC! The first time I did that workout I had to quit somewhere after the side-to-side lunges. The blast at the very end has become one of my favourites of any workout. I look forward to getting to the end of that workout just for the blast. I miss interval workouts (I can say that now; it might be a different story in a few months when I start doing them again!).
