Daily check-in Mon 27 March

RE: Daily check-in

Hi Wendy,

I only use the 20's for rows and sometimes bench presses, but that is as high as I go!

I am like you in the sense that I really lighten up on all lower body work. I don't use ankle weights and I have been squatting with 10 lb dumbbells. I am even thinking about going lighter on those.

I don't have the PS or the SH series either, I don't think my "goals" at this point justify them. I have been subbing the GS series in those spots in the rotation.

I really appreciate your input on this, I think I will go through spring at lighter weights and we shall see what happens.

Thanks!:)

Hi all, sorry for not being around, stress is high here.

I did Billy's Fat Blasting cardio today along with PUB biceps only.

Nice workout, I also had on ankle weights and weighted gloves for the cardio.

Have a great day!!:7

Conni,

No problem!:)

So how do you incorporate the Slim Series into your schuedule? I'm looking for new ideas on how to use them...Thanks!

Hello everyone,

I thought I posted earlier, but since it's not here I must not have pressed post. I didn't feel up to working out today. As Sandra mentioned, we just finished the November rotation yesterday. I attempted Step Works on an 8inch step, kept up with it for 25 minutes, lowered the step height to 6 inches, but after 5 min realized it wasn't the step height -- it was me so I called it quits after 30 minutes and did the 20 minute Winsor Pilates beginner workout. Oh well, if I decide to stick with the September rotation, tomorrow is Body Max, another first.

Have a good night everyone!
Pamela

Hi Pamela.

Don't worry about not finishing today. You should rest between rotations anyway! :)

Body Max is a killer work out girl! Have fun! :+

Still on top of that housework? ;) I spent some time doing general light cleaning and straightening this morning while my little guy tore through the house! :+ Even a quick run through can make such a difference and keep you feeling "in control" of everything!
