Good morning to you ladies. :) DH has a medical appt very early (7:15), so getting the working out done beforehand as I will probably be called into work later today.

BACK portion of KCM Split S (just like the straighforwardness of these exercises & I wasn't up to ICE MMelt!), one set of heavy sumo deadlifts, fitnessGlo all over bodyweight strength with foam roller & Suzanne Bowen Seat work (14 min) from BarreAmped BootCamp. I needed to get in some back work this week! :)

Sandy, I really like Jessica Smith as well. So nice for those days/weeks! Plus, she knows her stuff.

It's a warm day today. I am taking a rest day - mainly due to busy-ness and staying up too late watching the real housewives of new york. yikes.

Great workout Elsie - long workout. Good for you.

Hi ladies,

Just like Shiobhan I am taking a rest day. It's my bf's bday so I don't want to spend the evening working out while he sits alone downstairs and my day was too busy to fit in a w/o during the day.

A rest day is also good at least once or twice a week. If the day had more hours, or I didn't have to fit in a whole day of working I probably would have done a fun, not too tough w/o like Cize. It's been a while since I danced.

I need to try foam rolling. My roller is hard so I have only done it once using a YouTube film and it was painful, but at the same time it felt good. What kind of foam roller did you start with Elsie?

Earlier workout for me also my dh had an early appointment and I had a dentist appointment.

I did Taebo Get Amped work out.

I passed the Silver and Fit instructor course, the exam was ridiculously easy. I passed with 100%. Now I just need to design some workouts.

Elsie, Suzanne Bowen is on my Amazon wish list. It looks like it is hard staff done in a different way. Today I subscribed to Cathe live, yeah! As I had little time I did Cardio circuit challenge express. Love it! Many complimemts Annette, you crashed it!!! Ceci and Henriette hope you enjoyed your rest day: I think as well that one or two days a week are necessary for a proper recovery...

How fun that you got Cathe Live! I love it and don't regret it for a minute. It's only 9 euros a month and seeing I usually do min. 5 a week it is super cheap. Perhaps end of summer I will try demand so I can finally try some of the dvds pre Xtrain that I have been eager to try. There are so many I still want... I checked with the daily deals and coupons yesterday but it would still cost me over 100 euros excl. import fees for a few of the workouts I would like to own/do, and that's not incl. STS. I wish there was a goodwill selling Cathe dvds.

Henriette, I spent a little fortune last year to buy Cathe's dvds. Custom fees really make the price much higher! Value added tax is added to them as well. I own 90 to 95 % of her dvds now, so On demand is not necessary at all. I would spend again every penny on Cathe's dvds but the high expenses are holding me back from purchasing more dvds with other trainers that would be shipped from the USA. Also buying from Amazon Uk is expensive due to the exchange rate. WithCathe live I have lots of workouts available. I am so excited!
