Good morning to you ladies. DH has a medical appt very early (7:15), so getting the working out done beforehand as I will probably be called into work later today.
BACK portion of KCM Split S (just like the straighforwardness of these exercises & I wasn't up to ICE MMelt!), one set of heavy sumo deadlifts, fitnessGlo all over bodyweight strength with foam roller & Suzanne Bowen Seat work (14 min) from BarreAmped BootCamp. I needed to get in some back work this week!
Sandy, I really like Jessica Smith as well. So nice for those days/weeks! Plus, she knows her stuff.
