Today was a gym day, I did 22 min. on the Elliptical and then 40 minutes of weight work.

Today I completed my learning session of Rythmic Step, I have managed to do it all with some difficulties and errore here and there but I'm sure next time will be much easier. My legs were fried from yesterday so I had to choose some steady cardio for today. That was really enjoyable!
 
Hi all!
Today was another really bad day for streaming with totalfitnessdvds. I had planned to do Gym Styles Legs, but after 11 min it was buffering and really getting stuck for the 4th time. So not cool! I then switched to Youtube and did an 8 min Autumn Calabrese ballet style workout for the legs followed by another of her leg w/o's using a kettlebell. That one was 13 min and at the end she said now you repeat it another 2 times for your full leg out. Probably a good idea, but not today. It was already late after all my fights with the streaming channel. Tomorrow I will definitely do a dvd instead. At least with a dvd you make good use of your w/o hour and it's stress relief. This streaming just adds stress.

I hope Cathe Live may be better. Based on this experience I think I will go with a monthly payment plan rather than a year in case it is also not good enough.

Elsie - that's horrible that you can't go outdoors in the evening!

I was wondering... If I were to buy more Cathe dvds, what would be the top 5 picks? I have Party Rocking step 2, rockout knockout, xtrain, rwh and ice.

Such a difficult question HenrietteI would say Intensity, Body Max2 as it gives you everything from step to weight training, Step, Jump and Pump (fun fun fun), Afterburn and Cross Training drom the low impact series, To the Max and Cross Fire. That's more than five, really....
 
Hey ladies. Henriette, I am too hoping that Cathe LIve will be better than fitnessGlo! Let's keep our fingers crossed. I always vote for Athletic Training for a new dvd! (and I love Great Glutes!)

Tracie Long really worked me yesterday, so today just a moderate paced walk and a Yin Yoga routine specifically for legs.
The weather is gorgeous now & it's not too warm.
 
Hi Everyone,

I forgot to check in yesterday. I did Rippedism - pipes (biceps/tris) + The Cage which is a lot of abs/cardio moves.

Nice to see us all working out.
