Hi ladies, sorry to post so little but I still have my headaches going on and I do what I can. Yesterday was Ice Chiseled upper body pluse core max. On Sunday I did one Amy Bento 1 h 10 mints long workout that I found on Youtube, strength and cardio... Really start to love this girl. I am also doing some stretching for my neck and shoulders whenever I feel too much tightness in my bones. Tomorrow I have another appoint with the osteopath, keep my fingers crossed. Today will be hopefully a walk with hubbie and dogs. Take care
