Hi Everyone,

Today I did a 30 minute spin class from SSOD + a 10 minute KB workout from Dasha Libin. I might subscribe to her for a few months. She doesn't have a lot of content - not enough to be a primary option for a year. I wish Cathe did KB workouts. but i guess she can't be everything to everyone. That's too much pressure.

Hi all

Today was Burn Sets Back Chest and Shoulders Live and yoga.

Cathe is killing it with the Live workouts during the shutdown. I am so glad as I have no clue when the rest of our restrictions in NJ will be over. Our Governor has done a great job through this pandemic.

Hi ladies,

Today nobody showed up for class(I knew my one lady wasn't coming today and she is normally all I have so no surprise).

So I did 55 minutes on the elliptical and 41 minutes of an up pyramid weight work doing press and flies for chest, hammer and regular curls for biceps, one arm overhead for tricrps and both arms holding dumbbell for triceps, shoulder press,and front raises, and 1 exercise for back, the row. Then I did floorwork for abs only.

It is hot again today.

Hey everyone!

Today was KY & FitSplit Shred Cardio/Push Day.
I really enjoyed this WO! I have officially reclaimed Fast Feet and two footed jumps onto and off of the step. I think I’ve been holding myself back out of fear of tripping and falling. My neck injury happened with a slip/almost fall.

Siobhan, I’ve often wished Cathe would do a KB set of WOs too. I’m at a loss as to the best way to mix them into my schedule. I think she’d excel at that.

Lisa, your Governor HAS done a good job! Ours has too.

Annette, nice WO! We’ve thankfully folded down.
