Wow, I am first.

Today was a mega day for my workout... I did 30 min. of the Max Intensity Taebo workout then 10 min. of the Insane Abs (taebo) then heading to the gym for 22 min. on the elliptical and then 35 min. of weight work.

Feeling good, just wish my weight showed it, but my upper thigh and middle thigh are down about an inch each. So my legs are more toned now.

Hi everyone. Annette, that was a big workout. Today I did two plyoyoga/qinetic workouts. Loved them! See you all tomorrow.
