Hi ladies,
Well, Judy couldn't make it to the gym so I stayed home and did my workout.
I did a KCM Box and Sculpt outside workout which was 34 minutes off YouTube, I did not use weights.
Then I did Cathe's CTX Kickboxing the cardio only portion roughly 33 minutes .
I forgot how fast that one can be. So I have renewed both my "cards" in one day. Not bad, I am a sweaty mess considering how humid it is outside.
