Good morning fitness folks...

I was up at 5 this morning but haven't seen anything about a presale yet. Will it be on the home page? I assumed it would.

Yesterday was KPC and yes, the verdict is in, I like it better than KickMax. It was so much fun. When it was over, I thought, that couldn't have been 68 minutes!!! I love love love workouts like that when the time flies because you are having so much fun. IMAX2 is like that for me.

Today is PLB and abs from Step Heat. Still following the Sept rotation and seeing some good results.

Rascal Flatts concert tonight!! YAY!! I'm off half a day today. Our local Apple Festival is tomorrow. I am in a really good mood right now.:) :)

Yes the presale announcement will be on the HomePage and Cathe will have a thread on her forum....at least this is how it has been for the previous presales. I love KPC too.

Last evening: LowMax and then PLB (leg press,lunges, deadlifts and calve work only).

Tonight:upper body and of course freestyle lower body work.

Good Morning Fit Friends! and TGIF !!

Yesterday I did CTX kickbox and added on 20 min. on my bike. Also did abs and bi's from the k/b workout.

Today is PLB and Step Heat, same as Jane, since we're on the same rotation!!! ha

Jane, I was up bright and early looking for the presale too! I don't know if she has a time Cathe usually posts or not, but I'll be checking all day!!;-)

Our biggest apple festival is NEXT weekend but this weekend is Oktoberfest Zinzinnati and a huge PORK FESTIVAL! ha! Both are alot of fun and we try to go every year.:)

Today for me will be PowerMax (Hi Sandra!) and then CoreMax: Tough Core Premix. I was down a pound this morning, but attribute it to the fact that I'm taking a rest from heavy weights this week.

Jane: Great workouts, KPC is a blast and IM#2 is my all-time favorite. Enjoy the concert!

Becky: are you seeing results from Butts and Gutts too?

Morning ladies.

Today is cardio and abs for me.

I have a busy day ahead of me. Lots to do including a wedding tonight! That part will be fun though! :)

Can't wait for the presale post! I told DH that I want to preorder this new series as a Christmas present for me from him! }(

I was so excited last night that I did Body Max (minus the upper body conditioning as I didn't have time) in honour of Body Max 2!!!

Is everyone beyond excited? I know I am:)

I have no idea what workout is on tap for today. Oh wait! It's Kickmax:p

Jane-Wow! An apple festival!? I live in FL, and all we have are seafood and arts & crafts. I love them! All I can think of are candy apples!:9 :9 I haven't had one in so long!

Becky-Don't you just love festivals? I do! We go to everyone each year. It is a tradition!

Tammy-Congrats on the weight loss! I love Power Max!

Carla.. the apple festival is a lot of fun. It is food, crafts, pottery, entertainment of all kinds, and yes, candied and caramel apples!! I will stay away from those though. I am looking forward to the apple cider though!!
 
Hola! Hello! Hi! TGIF for sure!

I have empathy today for 12yo DS. I am also very proud of him. His hockey coach made the team do 80" of sprints alternated with push-ups in full hockey equipment. It was a disapline gesture. My son was not involved, and in fact the practice for him was optional. He chose to do it and stick with with the team for the sake of being a "team." He really has DOMS today and he has hockey practice with his other team tonight. Yikes!

Today will be Yoga, (stretch max yesterday instead of Yoga) freestyle legs, abs and maybe cardio 30"

Jane: just reading that you are in a good mood passed it on to me! I hope everyine who reads this thread is in agood mood too!

Apple festival are fun! Apple season is very fun in upstate NY and quite tasty too!

Hope everyone has had a good week. I think I am starting to come down w/ Aiden's cold. I have a bit of a scratchy throat and had a killer headache all day yesterday. Poopy poopy and more poopy....oh well...such is a mommas life ;)

I think I'm gonna just rest these bones and maybe hit the gym over the weekend with hubby. Have a wonderful start to the weekend everyone :)

I'm done w/ PLB and I did Abs from ME since I don't have Step Heat, and later I'll get some cardio and freestyle upper body in.

Sounds like everyone is "patiently"LOL waiting for the presale to start!
I'm excited too Shelley! I was going to order something 2 weeks ago and I'm so glad I was so indeceisive for a change! :eek:

Good morning everybody! :)

I couldn't get up this morning, so no workout for me today :-( , oh well the weekend is here and DH is working, so I can do some long and intense workouts Saturday and Sunday }( !!!!

I am excited about the new workouts coming out!!!! :D I sure hope we don't have to wait 6-8 months before we get them :eek: .

Suzanne...that is cool you are doing Dani's novice training shcedule!! I don't know if you have ever heard of Covert Bailey. He had some books out awhile back. "Fit or Fat" was one. I remember him saying the best was to loose fat was to train for a marathon but don't actually run one!!! That was before my 1st marathon...and I ran it anyway...:)

Jane...I'll be looking for the presale too! I agree KPC is alot more fun to me than Kickmax..

Morning Everyone,

I am very excited about the pre-sale. I hate spending money before a vacation, we are going to FL the week of 9/28, but I will want the good price that we usually get. All the DVD's sound great to me. Today will be a run on the treadmill, inbetween running my oldest DD to her swim practice. :)

I was so excited about the presale that I almost forgot to check in! I absolutely love what Cathe is doing and I think it will benefit everyone in the long run.

Today was PLB and the abs from Step Heat, per the Sept. rotation.

Tomorrow is muscle max, and Sunday will be a stretch day.

Hi good morning. I am really excited with the presale. Tomorrow I will preorder the butts and gutts. As Carla I am looking forward to the kickboxing ones. I love KPC, I love TAEBO and Turbo Jam. I can't wait to preorder the boxing camp series.Yesterday I did the TJ cardio party nº 2, ab jam,35 minutes in my stationary bike and the 20 minutes workout.Today I will do the legs and back P90X, the ab jam and the cardio party nº1.Tomorrow I have in my schedule a Kickboxing party: Turbo jam, TAEBO and a premix of KPC.

Good morning!!

Body fusion is on the agenda today. I'm gonna giver her a go!! I'm still battling a bad cough, but I got a prescription cough syrup yesterday and slept 12 hours after taking it. I really needed that! I'm not going to take it during the day so hopefully I can get through the w/o without a coughing fit. I'll give it my best shot anyway.

Hi folks, I did chest and back today, so I did PUB chest up only, then did the barbell portion of PS chest, then did PS back minus the t-bar rows (not sure why still favoring my back don't want to hurt it again), then did abs and lower back off of that same workout PSBB&A! Nice workout!:D

PS: I am down another pound so whatever I am doing is working!!YIPPEE FOR ME!!!:D :7

This morning I did Low Impact Step, and TBStretch #3. It's the first tiem I've done LIS as-produced; that's quite a fun workout! And I'd rate it as intermediate, not beginner.

Tammy - thank you so much for doing PowerMax! C'mon, Baby, c'mon!

Wendy - enjoy the wedding!

Carole - a combo of IM1 and IM3? Sounds intriguing!

I'll be preordering the 4 new workouts from cksales today, even though I have yet to use about half of the HC series. I'll have lots of post-partum incentive to get back into shape! But I'm especially excited about the other workouts: the step workout and the 4-day split.

Hey Everyone! I just ordered the new workouts and was very happy with the price, getting new workouts is one of life's pleasures and just like everyone else, I can't wait!!!!!:)

This morning I did an early RS and really enjoyed the workout. Up until a few months ago the carpet I worked on wouldn't allow me to pivot, spin or shuffle well. I had modified alot of the moves and doing it as is now makes it feel fresh.

Sandra, I did the conditioning part of LIS as an add on earlier this week with heavy weights and thought it was intermediate as well. I think it would be a great place for one of my daughters to start when they are ready to workout. I'm getting very curious as to what happens to your 'ticker' baby if you don't deliver in 2 days. Hopefully we'll have another major 'Announcement' before that happens:) I'm thinking of you lots these days!
