Good Morning all,


Judy: I pretty much follow the freestyle training method to a tee except for exercising all lower body parts each day. Sometimes I do and sometimes there is a day break between a certain part that is exercised. I do stick to the 5-6 days/week with 5-6 lower body exercises/workout and ususally do 2-5 sets each exercise depending on the exercise. Last night was L&G ankle weight work.

Last evening: CTX Biceps, Freestyle Legs-L&G ankle weight work (standing and floor) and stretch. Needed to do a short workout to get to bed early last night.

Tonight: LowMax and freestyle legs on schedule.

Yesterday was a step routine of our choice on the Oct. rotation. I did the step portion only of SJP with w/u and combos 1, 2, 3 from SB with stretch. 1 hour. I also did CM#2

I am not as sore today as I was yesterday from GS C&T on Wed.

Today GS BSS is on the schedule.

Carole - thanks for asking about me. I am doing pretty good right now with my RA. Had to go back on prednisone Monday for a bad flare but that stuff works fast and I'm back at it again. Will be off the prednisone in about a week.

Tammy - how are you doing?

Good Morning Fitness Friends!

Yesterday for my step routine of choice I did step from MIC and then a segment from stepworks for a total of about 45 minutes. Skipped coremax due to extreme DOMS.

Today is GSBSS and I will do a coremax to make up for yesterday.
Might add some stationary bike time too , for added cardio.

I'm so glad it's Friday, even though I don't think we have anything special planned.

So yesterday was Leaner Legs followed by 20 mins of the Low Max step premix and then Coremax 2 later on in the evening.

Today will be Step Fit and a Coremax segment.

Hello, Ladies!

Today was PLB and LL abs w/20lbs. I want to get a run in this evening. I have a very busy day today. So I will try very hard. My DH is going out of town, and my boys are staying the night at a friend's. I have the whole house to myself! HOLY MOLY! What the heck am I gonna do with myself? It is going to be too quiet to study for midterms next week. I got used to how loud my family is. Now I need noise to study!

Cathy - I don't have the Freestyle book but try to do my own LB exercises or a mixture of Cathe's. so far so good. Sometimes I wonder what I might be missing from the book.

Jane- Glad to hear you are back to full workouts and keeping the RA at bay.

Becky- Are you following the Oct rotation?

I've been going to Pilates classes weekly since the end of August, and pull out a Pilates DVD and just did an advanced ab segment two consecutive days and believe it or not my abs are sore! I never would have believed it. The instruction from a live class is helping me to understand how to do Pilates with much better form and effectiveness.

Today- BC cardio/LB premix using bike for Cardio, CTX- biceps and stretch.

Today was GS BSB, but I don't like doing the same workout in the same week, so I subbed PP Upper Body 3 Set premix. Great alternative!

Tomorrow - Hi/lo aerobics ( Franny 9905 ) and ab hits, since I already covered the chest and triceps in the PP combo.

Sunday - Stretch and coremax.

Judy...the only thing you might be missing from the Freestyle book is the lovely 1980 photos of the ladies showing some exercises..:)

Wendy...I haven't done Stepfit in awhile...I do remember it being fun...

Carla...I love having the house to myself. My DH can be very noisy!!

I am doing Imax3 today. Also the shoulder, bi and tri work I skipped yesterday...:(...

Carole,

This was my first time doing Step Fit all the way through. I had tried it once a while back and barely got through the first combo before I got frustrated with the choreo and turned it off. I made it through this time though and YES! It was alot of fun! I found the choreo challenging w/o being ridiculous and the pace was very comfortable for me...working hard but never felt like I was over-doing it. :)

Enjoy Imax 3! I know how you LOOOOVE your IMAXES! :)
 
Hi good morning everyone. Yesterday I did Tear it Up of the Slim Series, the TJ 20 minutes workout and the Power Half Hour abs with Tony Horton.Today I will do TJ and PHH arms. Have a great weekend everyone.

Morning all! Today was RS and I am happy to say I finally got all the choreography down. It has much more intensity when you don't have to stop and say "What the he@#???" I seem to enjoy it more every time I do it.

I did CTX & PUB chest(up only on PUB) and no push ups, then I did BM abs and for cardio the hi/lo portion of MIC.

My weight has stayed down for a whole week now, I am a HAPPY CAMPER!!:7

Raining cats and dogs here, but we haven't had any rain since August so we need it.:D

Hi there! I imagine I'm the last one checking in today. I did StretchMax #2 this morning. I got on the scale this morning and I've lost 23lbs since Kate's birth, 12 days ago. How easy was that? ;) Only 15 more pounds to go!

Jane - It is a mystery to me why the SJP/SB dvd doesn't have the workout you did today as a premix. It seems so obvious. It's a great one hour cardio!

Becky - MIC step and some of Step Works both in one session? Great sweating!!

Judy - thanks for thinking of us Canucks! I'm looking forward to the turkey dinner on Sunday!!! Since I'm nursing a baby, I have to make sure I get lots of calories...

Tammy - Hi! It's going very well, thank you for asking! Kate actually slept a solid 5 1/2 hours last night. I hope you enjoyed LowMax. I can't wait to try that one *not* pregnant.

Wendy - I like Step Fit a lot. Except for those flying angels. I don't know why, but I just don't like them very much.

Sounds like everyone has put in some good workouts today!!

I am finaly getting back into the swing of things, I have really missed everyone on here.. I feel that today my workout is worth posting..lol

Today I did
P90X: Back&Biceps and ABR X
and Cathe: BootCamp Cardio only premix X2...I feel GREAT!!!

Hey did anyone see in the News that they got one of the FBI's most wanted child molesters from Oprah having it on her show!!!! That is so freaking cool!!! I LOVE Oprah!!

Sandra - In wondered the same thing. I just bought that DVD and was actually looking for a premix like that, but it wasn't that much trouble to piece it together.

Had to share this... DH and I went out to dinner with son and DIL tonight. DS told me I had some nice definition in my arms for a woman. Of course, I had to flex the biceps, just have to show off you know;) DS and DIL were very impressed.:p Of course, DH is rolling eyes as I am flexing in the restaurant:+
