Today I did a TurboFire workout. The Turbo45. It's my 'run' workout, where I can just plug in some music and 'run'. I use to do it almost daily because I'm a cardio junky, but I haven't done it as much now that I have access to all of Cathe's videos. I did notice an improvement in strength and energy in today's workout even with wearing the weighted hand gloves. I can only attribute that to Cathe's kick butt workouts over the last several months.
