Cathe live for Chest/back and shoulders but didn't do the shoulders and shortened it to about 30 minutes, then added-on 15 minutes of MPL.WTG and High fives
Yes, I agree with you. I can't join in the Black Friday madness any more and haven ot done so for the last 10-15 years or so. I just pray that people are kind and courteous and drive safely today.
