Nora, great workout yesterday with Cycle Power = 47 Min + 5 Min= 52 Min
KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn- Kettlebell Kickbox Fusion = 26 Min Good one!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Lower Body & Core Bootcamp" - 24 min.
Stephanie Huckabee-PowerFit- "Rev'd Up Cardio" - 20 min.

Today I did LMR2 Cardio Fusion (is that what it's called?) - 30 minutes.

Hi ladies,

Got to the gym this morning after reading on Facebook that they only had partial power but were still open. Only to get there and they were completely out of power and closing.

So I did a quick run to Walmart and went home.

Then they got power back and reopened. So I went out again to get my workout in

Exactly 4 weeks ago today I had my pulmonary embolisms, wow!!

So today was Shoulders and Legs day. I started with the shoulder machine with 25 on each side then I moved to dumbbells and did shoulder press, Arnold press, seated clean and press, side laterals and shrugs with 10 pound dumbbells. Did one arm at a time for shoulder press with 15 and shrugs also. Then grabbed 12.5 for side laterals, seated clean and press, and Arnold press .

Did 4 leg machines (glute machine up to 60 pounds), inner and outer thigh machines, and the seated leg press machine.

Then I did the sled, backwards strap pulled 3 plates, over the shoulder strap pulled the same back to start.

Took 1 plate off and pushed it with the rope attached and then walked back and hand over hand pulled the sled back with the rope.

Then floorwork for abs, and legs with a stretch.

65 minutes shorter and sweeter.

Hello ladies:)

Sorry to say I did not workout today, I'm still feeling major DOMS and soreness from Monday's RWH- Chest, Shoulders and Bi's.
So sore, and very tired so decided to rest and not sure if I'll do a makeup workout tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.
