Today I did Boho Beautiful Yoga for 30 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of non-stop ab with T&D. I am in Ottawa for a few days from Sunday to Wednesday so am not sure if I will show my face on here between now and then (if I get my work done today I might squeeze in something tomorrow).

Annette, is Myz the MMA guy??Hi ladies,
I found a new Myz workout on YouTube, it was about 40 minutes. It was done with poor visual and a non audible instructor but a workout nonetheless.
Then I found a short 11 minute Cardio Kickboxing and did it as an add on.
So roughly 51 minutes of cardio kickboxing.
My upper arms are sore from yesterday's workout. I am surprised that I am not more sore.
