Daily Check-in, Friday, March 21, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Boho Beautiful Yoga for 30 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of non-stop ab with T&D. I am in Ottawa for a few days from Sunday to Wednesday so am not sure if I will show my face on here between now and then (if I get my work done today I might squeeze in something tomorrow).

Linda - I'm sure you are working out right now!
Annette - wowza on your stamina yesterday. You and Nora can endure :)
Nora - great to see you checking in with more Kaleigh yesterday
Nicki - sorry you haven't been able to get in your workouts as much lately :(

Siobhan, good job on the Boho Beautiful Yoga and ab work. I have heard several people say they like the Boho yoga workouts. I might try one.

Today I ICE Upper Body for 43 minutes and HC Stretch Max#2 SB for 19 minutes.
Leg still acting up. I have a doc appt in April so hopefully we can further explore my leg pain and fix it!

Hi ladies,

I found a new Myz workout on YouTube, it was about 40 minutes. It was done with poor visual and a non audible instructor but a workout nonetheless.

Then I found a short 11 minute Cardio Kickboxing and did it as an add on.

So roughly 51 minutes of cardio kickboxing.

My upper arms are sore from yesterday's workout. I am surprised that I am not more sore.

Myz is the South African guy who does different videos mostly cardio kickboxing but he has some step and regular aerobics too I think. His last name starts with a M also.
