Hi all,
I took yesterday as a rest day and so I did SleepMax. I really needed it, my body felt like yuk but I feel full of energy this morning.

Tonight I have Gauntlet scheduled.

Good morning everyone.

Last night I did the Lower Body premix of ME and then I did a home made circuit on my Gazelle for 30 mins. 5 min w/resisistance-5 min w/o resistance. I did this cycle 3 times for a total of 30 minutes. After working my legs in ME, the resistance on the gazelle became much more of a challenge than it normally is! }(

Tonight is cardio.

Today was a rest day, so I did CoreMax & StretchMax. This afternoon I plan on a walk/jog for an hour and half while I wait for my nephew at baseball practice.

Today is MuscleMax followed by a 1 hour homemade step tape (local gym step classes are as choreographed and advanced as Cathe) and then 30 minutes later on elliptical. Then 2 segments of CoreMax and stretchMax afterwards spread out throughout the day at work.
 
Morning all. Well I woke up at 4:00 so I decided to get an early start. I did SJP step and hi/lo premix followed by SB Challenge. Sweating like a pig!

Cathe - Sleepmax, hmmm I think I'll do that one tomorrow.:7

Wendy - I love ME!!! I haven't done it in awhile. I will need to pull that one out.

Good Morning, everyone! Getting a late start here as I was trying to decide what workout to do. I decided to go with Cardio & Weights this morning.
Will work out arms and back while getting the rest of the gravel out of my yard from the snow plows. ;-)

Tonight will be all three segments of Coremax. I have been taking an easy week this week and it has been great to get the body ready for the next 3 weeks of intensity. }(

I am sloooooooooowly trying to get back on the train. Today I will attempt Miss Cathe's Power Max, an old fave of mine.

By the way, I would recommend Power Max to any "newbies" who want to train for the IMAX's. It's kind of a mini version (& much easier, but it will get you started).

Hmmmmmmmm... Ironing Extreme? I'm not sure I know it. Oh wait!! THAT'S what that thing in my laundry room is that looks kind of like a little boat! I knew it looked familiar!

Tonight is KPC for me. And today I received Low Max, Muscle Max and Core Max, so you can bet I'll be unwrapping and previewing those babies pretty darn quick!

I am so happy because my Ryka's came UPS today and they feel like clouds on my feet!! YEAH!!! LOVE EM!! My P90X is here and me and hubby previewed some of the workouts last night. I decided to try Plometrics and AB Ripper X today.

Today:
Plometrics: 58 minutes
AB Ripper X: 16 minutes
Slow and Heavy: Biceps and triceps
(today should have been shoulder, but my right one is still ouchy!!)
Muscle Endurance:ABS

And I am spent!! LOL

Hi all, I did PS back, shoulders and triceps then with my new anti-inflammatory kicking in and in no pain I did CTX Kickbox and really put alot into it. Only felt a few twinges in my toe. Before I started the cardio I forgot I even had a big toe,LOL!!:+ :D :7

So I am a happy camper today!!:7

Good evening. As usual, I'm about the last to post in here. I did KPC tonight. I haven't done it in over a week and it was hard. I guess that's the reason we're supposed to mix it up, huh?

Tomorrow is Imax 3 and I'm going to try a segment of my new Core Max dvd!
