Today I did more CG for shoulders - 49 minutes. It was challenging but doable. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - seeing your Cathe workouts leaves me missing my Cathe workouts. I'll see her again very soon.
Nora - at least you got something in yesterday - a Leslie Sansone walk!
Annette - how are you working out with your oral health issues? You are a rockstar!

Hi ladies,

So I managed a workout here at home, I did FITT TECH COMBAT CARDIO 45 MINUTE WORKOUT\ FULL BODY off YouTube. It was actually only 43 minutes but it was grueling. This guy is relentless!! I used my boxing gloves for a very short time during this.

The funeral was sad, very tearful but good and we all know we will see him again(guy from our church family died from a blood clot in his lung only 68).

The workout was done after the funeral and after stopping by a shoe store for hubby to get some safety boots for work.

Glad I got something in today. As for my dental issues only restrictions are no chewing on that side or brushing till the stitches dissolve and then only soft food until it heals completely in about 3 weeks.

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength-30-min NO REPEAT Strength Training | FULL BODY SUPERSETS-Training w/ Dumbbells = 30 Min

No other changes to my original workout.
