CrossFire - Timesaver Fitness Blast/Plyo Tabata/ Core= 33 Min
STS 2 - Abs/Core workouts- Standing Abs = 11 Min (That's my favorite abs workout!)

Today's workouts:

Gin Miller- "Ramping Up" dvd mix- 20 min.
Blender add-on- "Fabric Loop & Gliding Discs" - 18 min.
YT-CrossRope- 10 min. Arm Toning workout with the Ropeless

Good morning ladies,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live warm-up, more DanielPT for total body and my own stretch. It all took about an hour. And today is my birthday! I am 60 years old today. I'm excited for the decade ahead :)

Linda - WTG with your workout cocktail today! Nice mix.
Annette - great job on your Cathe in the cabin workout :)
Nora - sorry to read about your lower back discomfort. I've had something similar but with my left arm/forearm all year :( - rest helps!

I'm still sore and a bit painful but a tiny bit better today, just skipped impact and weights today, and chose to modify to accommodate.

Beginning week 2 of Mesocycle 3. Difficult but I'm enjoying it. I just keep pushing on remembering Cathe saying: Train how you want to look and I add Eat how I want to look.
