kraetite, good job on your STS rotation. You will be through it before you know it! I've been thinking about doing it again because I loved it so much. My least favorite was Mes 1.Beginning week 2 of Mesocycle 3. Difficult but I'm enjoying it. I just keep pushing on remembering Cathe saying: Train how you want to look and I add Eat how I want to look.
