Daily Check in Friday, July 18th, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a real rest day yesterday. I needed it as I had greatly interrupted sleep (DH had to be at a work BBQ for midnight to serve the night shift staff so didn't get home until around 1:30am and wakened me). Today, however, I managed Cathe's latest live (cardio workout for 30 minutes) and added on a 12 minute T&D push-up workout.

Linda - I am sooo sorry to read about your trip to the ER (ugh!). You must have been in serious discomfort and likely still are. I hope just resting for a few days helps.
ChelePA - big workout for you yesterday! You had a sweatfest indeed :)
Nora - WTG with your total body workout yesterday. You hit everything!
Annette - Thanks for starting us off yesterday! I did a double take when I saw you started the thread. Flash back to old days for us :)

I'm hoping to finish my workout room this weekend. I got my new TV and DVD player (nice to have all the cords!) Still missing parts of my workout equipment:confused:
I'm even thinking of subscribing to Cathe on Demand.
 
CeceFifi… sleep is so important. Glad you listened to your body. I really enjoyed that live workout!

Cathe Live: Smokin’ Lower Body (#128). Loved this workout! Four different sections. Bodyweight only then dumbbells. Followed by barbell exercises. And finishes with 3 riser step weighted moves. I was definitely saying, holy smokes at the end. My heart rate was in zone five. Quite the cardio effect! Lawn max this afternoon after a volunteer interview.
 
Hi ladies,

Last night was rough, couldn't get to sleep till 3 am. So getting up wasn't easy either.

My workouts looked like this:

10 minutes of unweighted arm exercises, knees,squats and high front kicks (straight leg)

KCM Step Boxing the 31 minute one with just the boxing no step, added on 5 minutes of KCM TLC conditioning until I realized it wasn't what I was looking for.

Then found what I was looking for in KCM Circuit Burn doing the Sculpting and Boxing premix which is 32 minutes long.

So I think I am finished now.

Nice workouts ladies!!
 
I like kickboxing circuit type workouts. I wish Cathe had more. I think I remember finding one in the live collection.
