Good Morning Everyone,
I took a real rest day yesterday. I needed it as I had greatly interrupted sleep (DH had to be at a work BBQ for midnight to serve the night shift staff so didn't get home until around 1:30am and wakened me). Today, however, I managed Cathe's latest live (cardio workout for 30 minutes) and added on a 12 minute T&D push-up workout.
Linda - I am sooo sorry to read about your trip to the ER (ugh!). You must have been in serious discomfort and likely still are. I hope just resting for a few days helps.

Last night was rough, couldn't get to sleep till 3 am. So getting up wasn't easy either.
My workouts looked like this:
10 minutes of unweighted arm exercises, knees,squats and high front kicks (straight leg)
KCM Step Boxing the 31 minute one with just the boxing no step, added on 5 minutes of KCM TLC conditioning until I realized it wasn't what I was looking for.
Then found what I was looking for in KCM Circuit Burn doing the Sculpting and Boxing premix which is 32 minutes long.
So I think I am finished now.
