Hi all,
Hodge podge of a workout, but I was cold in the house to start so to warm up I did the 8 min. taebo then I went ahead with my leg workout and did PLB calves and floorwork, and stretch, then did abs off of MIS then threw in Leaner Legs' warmup for good measure and ended with the 8 min. taebo again. Kinda mixed up but it works and I got a workout in so there.LOL!!
