Today's workouts:

LMR-Functional Barre Fusion-dvd mix (W/U, 1 Round, Stretch) - 15 min.
LMR-Functional Core Fusion-dvd mix- 20 min.
IFit- "Max it Out TimeCrunch elliptical workout #8- 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live for lower body. It was fun! I used heavier weights with some moves. I will do my own stretch now. I took a rest day yesterday. I slept in a bit and just couldn't get myself going.

Nice workout today Linda. You and Deanna are really digging Cathe's latest workouts.

Siobhan, good job with yesterday's CL Lower Body. it was a long one, wasn't it? like 52 min? good for you!
I rarely do one workout that long, but that being said, I just finished making a new blender workout that
came to 50 min!! Wonder when I will do that one? LOL!.

Hi ladies,

Today was another Kombat Fitness mix 48, had some light weight work at the end and floorwork for abs with a stretch. It was about 56 minutes long. I will feel this one later . The cardio in this one wasn't as complicated which was nice especially with weights and floorwork taking up more time in this one.

I need to get myself together now, getting my hair permed this afternoon, Yay!!

Annette, another sweaty cardio with Kombat Fitness mix 48, light weight work at the end and floorwork for abs with a stretch - minutes long. I think I will google the Kombat Fitness and see if it's something I would like!

My leg is still not good. So mad at myself for pushing more than I knew I should have. Today I did STS 2.0 total body stretch for 30 minutes.
I'm taking diclofenac Rx that doc gave me. That helps with the pain and am using a topical as well. Will try to do some upper body weights tomorrow.

Those rest days are so important. I love the feel goodness of the LMR series.

Today was a lower body focus for me too!

Spring like temperatures for us!
 
Today was all STS 2.0 - Lower Body 1, Abs/Core premix #3, & Chair Yoga. Love the neck stretches in the Chair Yoga! We have warming temperatures here today so I may just spend some time doing Yard Max! (That's what my sis named our yard work. LOL!)

Nicki, good job with STS 2.0 total body stretch for 30 minutes. Sounds nice & relaxing.
I still have my back/hip issues, so I feel your pain & anguish….except in my back! :)
