Blender add-on- "New Pilates Fusion Finisher" - 9 min.
Hydrow Strength- 10 min. Upper Body Strength with dumbbells
Hydrow Journeys- 5 min. Row on Lake Champlain, Burlington, Vermont

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe Live #79 LIHI Legs for 43 minutes. It was good and tough. I swapped out some light weight/high reps for heavy weight/low reps. I am sweating! Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers.

Looks like everyone checked in yesterday and got in some solid workouts!!! WTG!

Nicki!! - That was a long workout yesterday. Your leg(s) must be better? Tanks Gott!

Yes, my groin is better - I just have to watch out how much weight I use and how I stretch. I'm going to try to do STS 2.0 Lower Body #1 tomorrow with lighter weights.

Today I did ICE Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox for 49 minutes (Wheww!!!) followed by Step Boss Extended Chair Stretch for 16 minutes and then Perfect 30 Extended Stretch for 8 minutes. I felt like I needed more stretching!

I didn't sleep well last night so today was LMR Barre Fusion & UB Balance Disc Bonus. I am slowly getting better at those discs. That ending move is TOUGH. I don't try to move my leg out to the side yet. I'm too busy just trying to balance with my back foot off the floor! But I have even improved on that part!

Workouts everywhere I read, whoohooo!!

Today was another Kombat Fitness mix 42. It was 58 minutes with about the same split as the other one with roughly 43 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs and glutes.

Not only do my shoulders hurt but my legs do too. How in the world did I used to do 2 hours of cardio and then do weights on the days I taught my classes. Oh yea.. .I was younger!!!

Wonderful….yep, I totally understand about this & that hurting…more so recently.

Deanna, LMR Barre Fusion & UB Balance Disc Bonus - I am really starting to enjoy the disc bonuses. Hoping it will help my balance because it's not so great anymore. I especially like the lower body bonus and find it challenging and enjoyable!

Kombat Fitness mix 42. It was 58 minutes. I remember when an hour was a short workout. Did anyone do the loonnnggg Jane Fonda workouts? Those were brutal!
